Planting Seeds of Emotional Embodiment
0:00
Hi, it's Dayna and I'm here with your divination for the New Moon in sidereal Cancer. The 2025 Sidereal Astrology Guide says, Planting Seeds of Emotional Embodiment.
[MUSIC]
00:33
Sometimes I be really excited to record this podcast, when I get a chance to talk about something new. The past couple of lunations, the Full Moon in Sagittarius and the New Moon in Gemini, have been circling around the same topic of trust, of discernment, of changing our belief systems, of contradictions… Which, I just have to say, if you have not listened to the last episode of the podcast, or rather the most recent episode of the podcast, which was a...
01:01
divination for the Full Moon in sidereal Sagittarius, clearly seeing the contradiction between indoctrination and new information. I just need y'all to know how hard I clocked that. Like MAGA is having a meltdown because they haven't encountered a contradiction that cannot be easily reconciled and smoothed over. And I've talked about (repeatedly on this podcast, since 2023 when this particular season
01:29
of shifts and changes in our belief system began) that it takes a lot to change your belief system and contradictions are the way that that happens. Most times we encounter a contradiction and our belief systems are strong enough to resist, it will outright reject the information or somehow make it conform to what we already know and believe to be true.
01:56
Trump not releasing these Epstein files got MAGA in a tizzy because unbeknownst to a whole bunch of us… I mean, I guess that's really what it took for them to wake up. And it's happening in so many ways. I have other thoughts about that which are more bordering on conspiracy, so I will not be sharing here. But let us talk about this New Moon in Cancer, which is in some ways a new topic, but also a continuation. So let me paint a picture for you. We're going to go back
02:25
to August of 2019. So, this is, for those of you who have never, you know, engaged with my work before outside of this podcast, for those of you who have never gotten a private divination with me, which I do offer, you will be unfamiliar with this method. But this is part of the way that I make astrology accessible. You don't have to know all about the charts and the signs and the planets and the aspects and stuff. That's a really steep learning curve.
02:55
I'm going to show you how I do it. And a lot of this is actually in the annual Sidereal Astrology Guides that I published. This is the way that I help you keep track of the astrology without having to know the astrology, if you get what I'm saying. So, I'm going to take you back to July and August of 2019. There was a Mercury retrograde in Cancer. Mars was in Cancer. There was a stellium in Cancer around the New Moon closer to, I want to say, late July or early August.
03:25
And this was like a bookend for activity in your Cancer house. Cancer as a sign is about the experience of being taken care of. This is an important thing about Divination For Liberation sidereal astrology, that signs are not just a set of characteristics and personality traits that reduce you to things that you do and don't do and things that you like or dislike.
03:54
Signs, in Divination for Liberation Sidereal Astrology, are experiences such that when you have a sign occupied in your birth chart, it is saying that this sign's experience has been a core part of your life. It is a repeated pattern of experience. That's what a sign being occupied in your birth chart is, a repeated pattern of experience.
04:21
So, the repeated pattern of experience for Cancer is ‘take care of me’. Now, a lot of people hear that and they think it means like you have all of your needs and somebody quote, cares for you in a tender way. That can absolutely be it. But I've seen, more often than not, that folks who have Cancer placements or have the pattern of repeated experience that Cancer talks about, is that they are fussed over
04:50
and coddled in ways that limit their sense of autonomy and independence. It can be a codependent and enmeshed dynamic with their mother or father. And they otherwise feel like their emotions are so big and so consuming that they spend their life trying to not feel certain things. So, they engage in self-numbing and addictive behaviors, right? But...
05:18
and this is where we're gonna tie it all together. When you do not have a sign occupied in your birth chart, that means that has not been a part of your pattern of experience. So, you have not had anyone really be attentive and responsive to your emotions and your body and bodily functions, for good or ill. So, whether you have Cancer in your birth chart or not,
05:45
when we have transits through Cancer (which means in real time, planetary activity happening in a sign), in this case, Cancer, we are talking about an opportunity for you to experience the thing that you have not experienced. Because here's the thing, I know people get so caught up in their identity, and I'm this sign and I'm that sign, and I don't mess with that sign, and I can't stand this sign, and I love that sign.
06:13
And that's cool. I think that that is a useful way of using one's subjective experience of signs to navigate one's own personal life. But when you get an expert astrologer like myself in, I'm going to add a lot of layers of nuance, which is to say that we really need the experience of every single sign, whether or not you have it occupied.
06:40
And you're going to get the experience, whether it's because you're born with that sign occupied by placements in your birth chart, or you experience transits. Right now, the sun is in Cancer, Mercury is retrograde in Cancer, and then the moon is going to come to Cancer, and we're going to have a New Moon in Cancer. Venus is going to come to Cancer later. Jupiter is going to come to Cancer later this year. And this is your opportunity to have the experience of Cancer.
07:06
which is to ask, what is your relationship with being taken care of? What is your relationship with emotional attentiveness? What is your own level of awareness and responsiveness to your own bodily functions and your own emotions and feelings? So, if we go back to August of 2019, that's a bookend on this arc, this pattern of experience that we're experiencing in real time,
07:35
about being taken care of. We don't get another significant Cancer transit after August 2019 until the spring, summer, and fall of 2023. So, you can think about August, July of 2019… what was going on with your relationship with your mother, what different things about...
08:01
your body and your emotions were surfacing for you in a way that you needed to respond to? In what ways was your life experience demanding that you be more attentive to yourself and more responsive? In what ways did you deal with addiction, substance abuse, or otherwise indulging yourself in order to numb away certain emotions
08:28
and experiences and heighten others? That's another important thing about Cancer. Some people like me, if I decide I want to do something or stop doing something around food or my consumption habits, it's not really hard for me. Like, I have a very strong sense of self-denial and self-discipline in that way.
08:54
But also, on the other end, allowing myself to indulge and enjoy things is very hard. I say that to say that there are other people who really have a hard time with indulgence. They have a hard time with substances and food, video games, gambling, shopping, whatever it may be, because their experience in life has exaggerated their own emotional intensity.
09:23
Oftentimes when people have a lot of water placements in their birth chart, so that's going to be sidereal Cancer, sidereal Scorpio, and sidereal Pisces, these are people who grew up in an environment where the people were responsive in a good way, but often overreactive to one's body and bodily functions. They were made to feel like their feelings were causing things, and their feelings about things were the problem, not the actual event,
09:50
or person that was making them feel that way, right? And so, I bring that up because a lot of times when we have transits, which are in real time planetary movements through signs, those particular predilections and inclinations can be triggered and activated. So, it would not be out of the norm for a person who deals with substance abuse or...
10:16
has a tenuous relationship with their food to have experienced the Cancer in July and August of 2019 as a time period where they really struggled, right? And those habits of indulging and addiction resurfaced. That's always going to be the case when there are Cancer transits, and that's the case for this New Moon as well.
10:40
But if we go back to what the 2025 Sidereal Astrology Guide has to say about this New Moon, Planting Seeds of Emotional Embodiment.
10:55
Embodiment is a word that's used frequently, I think, in new age and wellness spaces. But I want to define embodiment to not only mean being in your body, but it is the capacity for attentiveness and maintaining a balance between
11:22
prioritizing your need to respond to your body and your need to disregard or let your body be. I think in this culture where there's so much language now around childhood trauma and abuse and neglect and everybody's trying to figure out what happened to them, which I totally support, it's big part of my work, but I think...
11:49
that it often gets to the point where feelings become so important that we don't find that balance between like, hey, attentiveness and tenderness to our bodily functions, attentiveness and tenderness to our emotions is important, but also being able to say your feelings are not the most important thing right now.
12:14
Now, I think the reality is that most of us were raised on one end of the spectrum or the other. We were raised on the end of the spectrum that said, feelings are not important at all. And we experienced a lot of disregard and neglect in the form of ignoring our pain, ignoring our emotions and our feelings. And on the other end, there are those of us whose caregivers and environments were...
12:41
overreactive to our feelings, that if we felt anything, our caregivers thought it was about them, right? And it gives us this exaggerated experience of the power and influence of our emotions. So, embodiment is really about the balance between those two things. Sometimes your feelings really don't matter. Sometimes your feelings are in the way of other things that you want to achieve. Sometimes your feelings are in the way...
13:10
of the intimacy and connection and closeness that you desire with other people. Those feelings being in the way can be excessive skepticism and suspicion where you constantly struggle to trust that, you know, a person is presenting themselves in an honest and authentic way. And you constantly feel like somebody's holding back something from you, that somebody's hiding something from you, that somebody is emotionally dishonest.
13:38
And I wanna tap in on that for a second because this is something that's been coming up with clients a lot recently, both my divination clients and my coaching clients, particularly those who have sidereal Pisces placements. And one of the things that I found myself repeating frequently over the past few weeks to these clients is that sometimes your capacity to feel is more heightened than other people's awareness or capacity to feel themselves. And so, when you're having an intense emotional experience,
14:08
that is not necessarily in response to something that's happening inside of you. It can be in response to what you're sensing and feeling from another person. They may not actually be aware of that. And that doesn't mean that they're lying to you when you bring it up to them and they don't acknowledge it. It does not mean that they're withholding the truth or gaslighting you. It just means that you grew up in an environment where your emotional antenna had to be hyper-tuned, hyper-vigilant, and hyper-sensitive
14:38
to other people's emotions as a means to your survival and getting your needs met. And that may be a little bit out of place in relationships between two consensual adults, right? And so that sense of suspicion is this way that actually keeps people from getting close to you because you don't allow people to reveal themselves in their own time. It's still tough because you can't unsee and unknow and unfeel what you see and know and feel.
15:06
But what you do with that, I think, is really important. Some people are better with words. Some people are better with their emotional boundaries or responding in practical ways. But it just happens to be that some people have a heightened sense of being able to feel other people. I think it was particularly so many clients who had sidereal Taurus and Pisces placements together, or sidereal Pisces and sidereal Capricorn placements together.
15:34
Anyways, that's been a pattern with clients of mine. Additionally, right, there are some people whose desire for comfort and avoidance of any distress and pain is in the way of their connections with other people. Not all pain is bad. This is something that I talk about a lot with my very Cancer Moon and Mercury son, that there is meaningful discomfort. Not all discomfort is meant to be avoided at all cost.
16:02
And maturity and growth and embodiment, emotional embodiment, means being able to discern meaningful emotional discomfort, meaningful physical discomfort or pain from actual harm. I think that's another distinction that we really struggle with today, especially the younger generations of Gen Z. I ain't trying to poo on nobody, but it's really true. And I think millennials to an extent as well,
16:32
Are really struggling to make that distinction between meaningful discomfort and meaningful pain, meaningful distress that actually builds our resilience, builds our capacity to know what we're capable of on both an intellectual and physical level, but also on an emotional level. I'm not going to belabor this point, but we're Planting Seeds of Emotional Embodiment. And this is picking up on what
17:02
was began for many of us in July and August of 2019. It was continued during the summer of 2023 when we had a Venus retrograde in Cancer. That Venus retrograde in Cancer also was about emotional embodiment, but particularly in our relations to other people. And then we pick back up in August, no, October of 2024.
17:31
with the Mars retrograde in Cancer that really lasted through April. So, these are these long arcs of time that cannot really be communicated through a singular transit. You really need this big overview to connect the story for you in your life. This is the Cancer story. And the Cancer story is ultimately, what is your relationship with being taken care of? What is your relationship to your
17:59
own emotional distress to your own physical distress and discomfort? How was that responded to you? Were you believed or were you ignored? Were you fussed over too much or did you have a balance where your caregivers were able to balance attentiveness to their own needs and their own emotions with the care and attentiveness that they were obligated to give you as
18:29
the person that is responsible for you? Planting Seeds of Emotional Embodiment is going to be a theme that continues for a while. We are going to finish up this Mercury retrograde in Cancer, Mercury entered Cancer on June 22nd, listening to my body. It's stationed retrograde on July 17th, amplifying the emotional effect.
18:58
And then Mercury is going to station direct on August 11th, expressing distress and discomfort. And then it will finally leave Cancer for Leo on August 30th. So that's a good two months and some change of Mercury in Cancer, including this retrograde. And then we are going to get to...
19:25
October, is it 17th or 12th ? Is it the 13th ? 14th? What is it?
19:34
October 18th, Jupiter enters Cancer where it will pretty much be stationary for retrograde. It's going to station retrograde at 0° Cancer November 11th, and then it leaves Cancer December 5th. It'll go back into Cancer in June of 2026, and it will not ultimately clear Cancer until June or July of 2028, actually. Really, really long.
20:00
And by that time, when we get into 2026, the nodes are going to shift into Cancer and Capricorn. We're going to have eclipses through 2028. So, this is really a long story, and it's so important to contextualize something like a New Moon, which happens every year, but it's important to contextualize it in the big picture of the astrology because this is a part of a long arc where we're individually reckoning with...
20:28
our relationship with being taken care of. And we're also collectively reckoning with our collective relationship with being taken care of. This is why Cancer-Capricorn transits are often associated with major economic shifts. And these economic shifts are to the structure of our economy. If we go back to like 2018, right, there was a Mars retrograde in Cancer. I'm sorry.
20:57
There was a Mars retrograde in Capricorn, and it was then where the Trump tax cuts were happening, right? Was it 2018? I believe it was 2018 when the Trump tax cuts were happening. And we fast forward to, you know, now, and we just had another set of tax cuts on top of this Mercury retrograde in Cancer.
21:24
There's a real pattern here. I want to say we got off the gold standard in like ‘72 or ‘74. It was a Mars retrograde in Capricorn. So, it's so important. I talked about this earlier this year in some of the podcast episodes, which you can find on the Div4Lib Podia (div4lib.thepeoplesoracle.com). I'll link that in the description, some of the back episodes,
21:46
but also in the earlier part of the 2025 Sidereal Astrology Guide when Mars was in Cancer earlier this year, returning after its little retrograde journey into Gemini. And I talked a lot… Let me actually pull up a little bit of an excerpt from that. This would be... Yeah, there's some questions in the January monthly summary that I think are really relevant still to now.
22:16
They were in reference to Mars retrograde in Cancer trine some placements in Pisces, which is an ongoing thing through, shoot, through 2028, honestly. But here are these questions. We're going to take these questions as relevant to this New Moon, and then we're going to pull some cards. “How can you know what you feel and what those feelings mean if the information needed to properly interpret them is withheld from you?”
22:46
“What will be the consequence of feelings that are louder and more intense? What stands between you and the care you need?” Lastly, I just want to read one more excerpt from the guide. This is in July. And if you don't know, I have a monthly astrology meetup on Zoom every second Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m. Central. We go over
23:14
the astrology for the month and how it fits into the big picture of the year. We go over the monthly summary. And then we go over what I call fill-in-the-blanks, which are interpretations of each of the transits. So, planets changing signs, New Moons, Full Moons, eclipses and retrograde stations. That's every third Wednesday of the month on Zoom. I always link it down in the description. It'll be down there today. I just want to read an excerpt.
23:43
from the July monthly summary on this Mercury retrograde.
23:49
I'll actually read these two very short paragraphs, it might be three, we'll see. “Mercury retrograde in Cancer revisits themes from the winter 2024-25 Mars retrograde when the need to be taken care of shaped our ambitions and determined how we used our autonomy. We had the opportunity to understand how prioritizing safety and comfort can lead us to greater personal power by creating a firm foundation for risk-taking and discovering our own strength.”
24:19
“Now with Mercury in Cancer, we outsource the labor of legibility, meaning that we rely on the emotional effect of our words and sounds to communicate our thoughts and feelings. In states of heightened emotions like fear, pain, anger, or hunger, we don't always have the ability to articulate in grammatically accurate or cohesive ways. Sometimes we scream or growl, other times we moan or whimper.”
24:46
“Communicating this way can be just as effective as perfectly curated prose, if not more. In this way, the labor of being understood is done by the listener and is contingent upon the listener's capacity or willingness to be emotionally affected by the speaker.”
[MUSIC]
25:20
All right, we're back with tarot here. As we are apt to do every episode of the Divination for Liberation podcast, we've wrapped up the astrology, outlined the major themes, and connected it to the personal things that have been going on in your life with timeframes, past, present, and future, that are relevant to right now. We've got a big arc of time that this New Moon in sidereal Cancer is connected to.
25:50
We are Planting Seeds of Emotional Embodiment, so let's see what these cards have to say today. We've got the 7 of Wands on the bottom. The 7 of Wands is about standing our emotional ground, not necessarily emotional, it could be any ground, but it's about standing our ground. It is about maintaining a posture of sometimes defense or even perseverance that we are not easily moved. Something that I think about a lot in my people pleasers,
26:19
my sidereal Taurus folks, my earthy Capricorn folks, this is for you. I've coached a lot of folks through this idea that your emotional state is something to be protected. I know you've never experienced your emotional state as something to be protected. You've always felt that it was your job or duty to feel other people and be attentive and responsive to them so that they can be comfortable, so that they can be alleviated of their pain,
26:48
so that you can be okay. That's really what codependence and enmeshment is. It's that in order for you to be okay, you have to make sure somebody else is okay. But I think this 7 of Wands is reiterating this point, that your emotional state is something to be protected. I call it, don't move my stuff. Meaning sometimes I don't want to feel what you have going on. And that might require physical space.
27:13
That might require emotional space, that might require solitude or distance. But it is not a virtue to constantly be upset out of your emotional state and overtaken by what somebody else has going on. It is a sign of self-care, it is a sign of dignity to be able to say that like, I feel good right now and...
27:42
I don't feel like being bothered. I think this is particularly significant for folks who identify so strongly with their convictions and their principles that they feel like they have to know everything that's going on in the world all the time. And it's usually negative things. And they judge themselves really harshly for not being able to tolerate. These are the people, and I used to be one of them, so I'm not even going to play myself. But they're constantly like...
28:12
Pay attention to this, pay attention to that. You have to pay attention to what's going on here in the world to these people. And I just want to say, you ain't move no needle, you ain't fed no homeless person. Not to say it's wrong to pay attention to what's going on in the world, but in this moment, I'm connecting it to this idea that sometimes it's okay to not want to be emotionally
28:39
affected by what somebody else has going on. And as a matter of fact, you are primed to see your peace as immoral. You are primed to see your comfort as lacking virtue. You are primed to see your comfort as being in contradiction with your principles and obligation to care for others. That was for somebody!
29:08
I hope you heard it and I hope you're able to receive it. Let's see what else we've got here. We've got the 6 of Swords.
29:16
And we've got the King of Pentacles. I love the 6 of Swords recently. Every now and then, there will be cards that show up in my own personal divination practice that give me a new take on a card and provides me with a new set of meanings that I have access to. It also just highlights a recurring theme in my own life, and also often in the life of clients. And the 6 of Swords is one of those cards.
29:45
And it's been coming up for me within the context of like things that I'm expecting to be a problem, things that I'm expecting to be difficult, like actually not being difficult. It's evidence of growth. It's evidence of maturity and change that I don't always have the perspective to see. Whenever we're talking about Swords, we're talking about how we think about something, how we communicate about something. It is our relationship with our own thoughts, our own
30:12
cognition and often our own psyche. The 6 of Swords represents this balance point between our intellect and our feelings. It's kind of like this integration of mind, body. And I think like I was talking about just in the earlier part of this reading about embodiment being a balance between knowing when attentiveness and responsiveness to your own emotions is necessary and required and knowing when your feelings are really not that important.
30:41
I think people are very resistant to the idea that their feelings may not be that important, or they inflict upon themselves the idea that their emotions are not important as a way to replicate the type of violence and disregard they experienced from their caregivers. But there really are times where your feelings are not that important, right? And they are getting in the way of things that you really, really want in life.
31:06
And then there's the inverse, of course, where you're not paying enough attention to your feelings and that's what's in the way. So, I think that the 6 of Swords really does kind of represent embodiment in that way. If you're not watching on YouTube and you can't see the card up on the screen, the 6 of Swords depicts people on a boat surrounded by six swords, kind of as like barriers or bars to keep them in the boat. And they're going across the water, the water is really smooth, they...
31:35
I think in this particular depiction, they're fishing. But it feels like it's maybe sunset on the water. And so, it is this balance between the swords and the water, the air and the water, the intellect and the body and feelings. And being able to really have enough distance and perspective and a healthy relationship with your intellect and body so that you can find that balance. I often see the 6 of Swords in situations
32:04
that normally would trigger me or trigger a person. And the 6 of Swords is like, no, you're actually good. Like you're not there anymore. One of the principles that informs my work and my understanding of birth charts is that the birth chart is depicting the environment we were born into, the environment we survived. The signs that occupy our birth chart are depicting...
32:30
the repeated pattern of experience that give us this set of assumptions about who we have to be in order to survive. When transits come along, particularly in signs that aren't occupied in our birth chart, it's an opportunity to come into the present moment and not be there anymore and consciously try to recognize the experience of this moment as a
32:58
opportunity to respond differently, to see that you aren't there anymore. One of the thoughts I've been having just in my own practice and my own continued work as an astrologer, as a therapeutic coach, as a diviner, as a thinker, and I think as a spiritual leader in some capacity, is that astrology is a pathway to meditation. Meditation being
33:25
cultivating the capacity to intentionally direct your attention, right? And so, transits are this opportunity each time to see that we are not there anymore. You are not there in the environment where it is more important for you to pay attention to everybody else's feelings. You are not there in the environment anymore where being taken care of and having your needs met means...
33:55
you know, taking care of somebody else in your life, right? So, I think that this 6 of Swords is this question of how can you be here now? And to put into practice this idea that astrology as marking the time and season for things is a meditative practice of being here now, focusing and directing your attention to the now.
34:24
Recognizing the ways that you are superimposing the environment that you survived onto the now. Sometimes it is still the same. But meditation also means that you are attentive in a way that allows you to see that. Next up, we've got the King of Pentacles. I think this is a card that we've seen recently. I'll have to look back through the last few episodes to see which episode it came up in.
34:53
If you remember, can you drop it in the comments? Which episode of the Div4Lib Pod did the King of Pentacles recently come up in? The King of Pentacles, kings are about going out and getting, they are about acquiring something. It's not about gender. It is about consuming and acquiring. So, with the King of Pentacles, we're consuming and acquiring material resources.
35:22
It's kind of like you got to use what you have and trust that you can go get some more. That was a word. Okay. Okay. Okay. Sometimes the words just be dropping. I don't even be thinking about it. They just come down, but I hope you caught it because I don't even know what I just said. I'm going have to watch back and find out for myself, but I know it was a word. [Laughs] But yeah, the King of Pentacles is about going out and getting. If we were talking about the Queen, we will be talking about stewardship. We would be talking about resourcefulness. We would be talking about
35:51
being economical. We would be talking about rationing and divvying out to make sure that we have enough. But with the King of Pentacles, we're talking about using it up. And the word that I'm getting here is many of us have a lack mindset in relationship to care.
36:14
We feel like we have to be sensitive about asking for too much. And I know this is absolutely the fact on a collective level. We have all been conditioned and indoctrinated to believe that there is not enough. And as such, we need to claw our way through hierarchies of race and ethnicity, through hierarchies of gender, and through hierarchies of class in order to get a little bit of the enough that is
36:44
only limitedly available to us. And the King of Pentacles is really speaking to me about, one… and it's so weird because I so am not into using words like manifest and abundance and a lack mindset. But I think that my problem with those terms is when they're applied in an individualistic way and not applied in a communal way. So, applied in a communal way,
37:13
a lack mindset talks about the ways that we try to escape the oppressive environments of gender and race and class because we are constantly being told that there's not enough. And the way to enough is to be in closer proximity to masculinity, which for people could mean dating men. It could...
37:42
could mean befriending men. It could be centering the gaze of men, right? It could mean, you know, the need to get in closer proximity to whiteness and all of the ways that we try to conceal the aspects of ourselves that don't conform to whiteness or that threaten whiteness. These are all of the ways that we claw ourselves or claw through these hierarchies because we genuinely believe there's not enough.
38:10
On a more personal level, I think that this distills down to how we relate to each other, that we hoard and we protect what we have accumulated to keep other people from getting it. But I don't know if you realize that the only way forward is sharing. The air we breathe is shared. The climate we live in is shared. The earth that grows our food is shared.
38:40
The immune system of our species is shared. Yes, there are things that are personal, private, and individual, but the things that we really need to survive are shared. And so how can we apply that idea in this moment where we're Planting Seeds of Emotional Embodiment? What is the care that you're afraid to use up?
39:09
What is the care collectively and individually that you have been indoctrinated and conditioned to believe there's not enough of? How would you behave? How would you relate to your neighbor? How would you relate to your loved ones if you lived in the abundance that actually is shared enoughness? How are we taking off the indoctrination that we've had to believe in order to survive, that there is not enough? How does

the belief that there is not enough, inform the choices that you make? And how can we, again, take off that indoctrination and really be present to this moment that so much is shared, so much is shared, very little is individual? That's our word for today. In the meantime, in between time, we are still ramping up to a COVID wave. There are a few places where emergency department visits are continuing to increase. Wastewater is continuing to increase. I believe the Bay Area in California is a place where there's increase. Arizona, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida are all places that are continuing to increase, which means that it is inevitable...

that places like the Midwest, the Plains and the Northeast are going to see an increase soon. And if you don't want to be a part of that number, you make sure that you are masking in all indoor spaces, especially where there's crowds and ventilation is questionable. Even outside if you're amongst the crowd. You know, I am finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel with COVID, but we have got to get through this wave. We have got to get through a wave which will occur November/December and some part of January.

And I really see us kind of in the clear for 2025, but I really don't want you to be the one who gets sick now and the COVID infections are catching up with you when you're dealing with long COVID and other post-acute infection symptoms. Mask up, clean the air, keep the windows open, stay home when you're sick, and I will talk to you soon. Bye.
